Abstract:The advantages of co-culturing composite talents of medicine with science & engineering were discussed in this article. The co-culturing model above applied in training post-graduate can promote the connection of both subjects and complement of both advantages, improve the clinical skills, scientific thinking, research capabilities and innovative consciousness of medical students, and then make a further exploration of innovative educational model and problems in the college.
