Abstract:Many institutions of higher learning put forward interdisciplinary training patterns for all-roud talents,but lack of standardized proposals to enhance the quality of training.This study summarized the practical experiences of co-culturing post-graduates in medicine with science& engineering,and optimized a co-culturing method,expecting to push forward the reformation of high education,and raise more high level all-roud talents meeting the multidisciplinary development.
