Abstract:This paper introduces the resource guarantee system for research management in Northwestern University, which includes financial support, material support, and labor support. Later, this paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of Northwestern University's research management mechanism and makes enlightenment on the construction of operating mechanism for technology management in Chinese research universities.
博士，研究员，硕士生导师。大连理工大学副校长，中国科学学与科技政策研究会常务理事，美国西北大学高级访问学者。主讲技术创新战略管理、公共科技政策、工程伦理课程，长期致力于科技管理、科技政策、知识产权等方面研究，多次担任国家社科基金、教育部、国家知识产权局及省市科研基地和项目的评审专家，主持参与国家社科基金、中国工程院咨询研究项目等各类科研项目20余项，以第一或通讯作者发表论文30余篇，被人大复印报刊资料全文转载1篇，撰写各类报告30余份，主笔撰写多篇建议报告获中央、省部级领导批示。。
