Abstract: 以钛酸四丁酯为钛源,采用浸渍法研制了一系列TiO2改性的Ni-Mo/HZSM-5催化剂,通过扫描电镜、X-光粉末衍射、吸附吡啶前后的傅里叶变换红外光谱、程序升温还原、X射线光电子能谱等手段进行系统表征,在连续微反固定床装置上评价了催化剂对全馏分催化裂化汽油的加氧脱硫性能.结果表明,TiO2改性可以弱化MoO3和纳米HZSM-5沸石之间的相互作用,抑制Al2(MoO4)3的形成,从而使催化剂的脱硫活性大大提高.
