Abstract:Ultra-fine ZSM-11 molecular sieves with 100-200 nm crystal size have been synthesized at low temperature (60��C) in the system of TBAOH-Na2O-SiO2-H2O using silicon sol or white carbon as silicon source, respectively. The effect of crystallization time on the crystal size and crystallinity was investigated. The result shows that crystallization time has a little influence on the crystallinity and crystal size when the synthesis is carried out at low temperature. The ultra-fine ZSM-11 molecular sieves were characterized by SEM, TEM, XRD, IR, 29Si MAS NMR, XRF, 13C CP/MAS NMR, XRF, N2 physisorption and NH3-TPD. The crystal sizes are relevant to their physicochemical properties.
