纳米和微米ZSM-5分子筛在焦化苯乙基化反应体系中稳定性比较

Abstract: The ethylation of coking benzene over ZSM-5 zeolites with different crystal size was investigated. The results showed that the difference in catalyst stability of nano-sized and micro-sized ZSM-5 zeolites in ethylation depended strongly on the type of ethylation agent. When ethanol was used as the ethylating agent, ZSM-5-m-25 prepared from micro-sized ZSM-5 zeolite exhibited better catalysis stability than ZSM-5-n-25 prepared from nano-sized ZSM-5 zeolite. When ethyene was used as the ethylating agent, ZSM-5-n-25 showed better catalyst stability than ZSM-5-m-25.
