硅磷镁改性对纳米HZSM-5催化苯和甲醇烷基化反应的影响

Abstract:Si/P/Mg-modified nano-scale HZSM-5 catalysts were prepared by impregnation method, and characterized by X-ray diffraction, SEM, NH3 temperature-programmed desorption, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy of chemisorbed pyridine and thermogravimetry differential thermal analysis. The activity and stability of the catalyst in alkylation of benzene with methanol were investigated in a continuous flow fixed-bed reactor. The results showed that with the Si, P, Mg modified HZSM-5 as catalyst in the alkylation of benzene and methanol, the selectivity of para-xylene increased obviously. The selectivity of para-xylene was 70% over (6%SiO2+5%P2O5+3.5%MgO)/HZSM-5, with higher contents of ethylene, propylene and methanol in tail gas. Compared with HZSM-5, the stability of modified HZSM-5 decreased, because the modification narrowed the channels of HZSM-5. Feeding water during the reaction could improve the stability of the catalyst.
