以TiCl4醇溶液作钛源在水热体系中合成钛硅分子筛TS-1

Abstract: Samples of titanosilicalite TS-1 were prepared with tetrapropylammonium bromide as template, ammonia for basicity, and titanium tetrachloride dissolved in iso-PrOH as the titanium source, and with crystal size of TS-1 less than 3 �� 2 ��m. The synthesis of titanosilicalite has become a hotspot in the zeolite catalytic field. The samples were studied by XRD, IR, UV-Vis spectroscopy, and scanning electron microscopy techniques. The molecular size of the solvents has a great effect on the synthesis of TS-1, and the hydrolysis rate of titanium tetrachloride can be adjusted to fit the silicon source using iso-PrOH as the solvent for the titanium source. The TS-1 sample has excellent catalytic properties in epoxidation of propylene with aqueous H2O2 as oxidant.
