Abstract: The control of an automated micromanipulation system developed by Dalian University of Technology is discussed and the frames of micropositioning with teleoperated position mode and image-based automatic position mode are provided. Self-calibration and ECL are combined to realize the precise positioning of the end-effectors. Experimental results of micropositioning demonstrate their feasibility and accuracy.
