Abstract:本文以高碳合金钢8Cr13MoV与奥氏体不锈钢304三层爆炸复合板为例,进行了淬火性能、界面状态及爆炸焊接参数的实验研究.结合这些复合材料在制造刀、剪产品中的实际应用,分析了在轧制和热处理过程中,复合板焊接界面所存在的碳元素扩散现象,并探讨了提高淬火硬度的措施.
