Abstract:为了提高轧辊的修复质量和降低工艺成本,采用爆炸焊接技术对磨损失效的轧辊进行修复,在轧辊基体上爆炸复合耐磨性和强度较好的金属管,对轧辊进行修复.本文中,基于爆炸焊接理论分析、数值计算和实验开展轧辊修复的研究,并在连轧生产线上实际运行检验.与堆焊技术修复的轧辊相比,采用爆炸焊接技术修复的轧辊耐磨性和抗腐蚀性都比较高.
