晶粒尺寸及织构对热挤压AZ31镁合金室温压缩变形行为的影响

Abstract:本文对不同晶粒尺寸的AZ31镁合金热挤压棒材进行了室温压缩试验,得到Hall-Petch关系,并与拉伸实验数据进行比较。利用X射线测定压缩过程中不同压缩应变量下晶粒取向的变化。结果表明:2~12μm晶粒尺寸范围内,热挤压AZ31镁合金压缩载荷下Hall-Petch斜率大于拉伸载荷下的Hall-Petch斜率。由于较强纤维织构的存在,AZ31镁合金压缩过程中大量{10-12}型孪晶开动,导致AZ31镁合金低的压缩屈服强度。
