Abstract:Representation of roughness is introduced and the rationality of applying the physics-based model in RE is analyzed. Then the scattering theory of electromagnetic wave is simplified and deduced to a physics-based model according to the characteristics of the surface to be reconstructed in RE. And the intensity diagrams of reflected field distribution prove the feasibility of the model and some spheres are rendered with this model.
