油-气-水多相混输管道IP_6-Ppy/SiO_2/环氧树脂长效耐蚀涂层的制备及其耐蚀性能

Abstract:以FeCl_3为氧化剂,植酸钠(IP_6)为掺杂剂,纳米SiO_2为分散介质,通过化学氧化法合成了IP_6掺杂聚吡咯(Ppy)/纳米SiO_2粒子。在此基础上,以IP_6掺杂Ppy/纳米SiO_2粒子为功能成分,环氧树脂为成膜物质,制备出IP_6掺杂Ppy/纳米SiO_2/环氧树脂长效耐蚀复合涂层。利用动态腐蚀测试装置,研究了其在油-3%NaCl溶液-气多相流体系中对Q235碳钢的防护作用。结果表明:IP_6-掺杂Ppy/纳米SiO_2/环境树脂耐蚀复合涂层对Q235碳钢具有优异的防护作用。
