AZ91D镁合金化学镀Ni-P与Ni-P-SiC镀层的制备及耐蚀性

Abstract:  采用酸性、低温、三元复合络合剂化学镀工艺在AZ91D镁合金上制备了Ni-P和NI-P-SiC镀层。利用扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱(EDS)分析对镀层的形态和组分进行了表征,应用动电位扫描极化曲线对镀层在3.5%NaCl溶液中的耐蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明,化学镀Ni-P镀层均匀致密、无明显缺陷,化学镀Ni-P-SiC复合镀层表面变粗糙、结点变小,Ni-P镀层和Ni-P-SiC镀层的磷含量分别为7.92%和7.33%(均为质量分数)。两种镀层在3.5%NaCl溶液中耐腐蚀性良好,SiC微粒的共沉积对Ni-P镀层的耐腐蚀性影响不大。
