催化装置膨胀节内壁焊接保温钉断裂失效分析

Abstract:   分析了膨胀节内壁焊接的铁素体不锈钢OCr13保温钉易断裂原因,是由于施焊后铁索体不锈钢保温钉焊接热影响区晶粒过于粗大导致的晶粒粗大脆性和由于C,N等元素在晶界析出导致的高温脆性引起的。针对这一现象,提出了改进焊接工艺或将保温钉更换为304不锈钢制造的措施。
