Abstract:In this paper, we design a portable mobile billboard, which adopts an STM32F103ZET6 microprocessor.Using high frequency dynamic scanning way, it sends data to lattice module to control indicator.By using afterglow effect of the human eye, it can show a stable graphics or text.The portable mobile billboard can meet the demand of people for information timely and accurately, and achieve the function of the rapid spread of information.
