门式起重机支腿系统轻量化设计研究

Abstract:To improve the design quality and working efficiency of the gantry crane, a parametric model for a 40t U-type gantry crane is developed with APDL as the secondary development tool. Based on analyzing the effect of outrigger stiffening rib on the crane stability, strength, and rigidity, the Ansys structure optimization design function is used to make a lightweight design for the outrigger system of the gantry crane. Compared to the former design scheme, the layout form of the optimized structural stiffening rib is significantly improved, with the mass reduced by 19. 98%. The weight-reduction effect of the outrigger system is remarkable, providing reference for designing the crane outrigger system and similar struc-tures.
