碳纤维镀镍技术及其在电磁屏蔽材料中的应用

Abstract:  本文采用化学镀的方法在碳纤维(CF)表面镀覆一层均匀的金属镍,形成镀镍碳纤维(NiCF),采用密炼工艺制备了ABS基体复合材料,研究比较了CF和NiCF填充ABS树脂形成的复合材料的导电性能及电磁屏蔽效能.结果表明:采用化学镀的方法在碳纤维表面形成了厚度为100~200nm的均匀镀层,使纤维的体积电导率接近金属水平,从而提高的复合材料的导电率,尤其使材料的电磁屏蔽性能得到极大提高,当NiCF含量为25wt%(约11.3 vol%)时,300MHz-1.8GHz范围内的电磁屏蔽效能达到35~51dB,具有低含量高屏蔽效能.
