Abstract:本文以硝酸镁为改性剂,采用浸渍法对SAPO - 11沸石分子筛进行改性,制备Mg -SAPO - 11催化剂,并将其用于2 -甲基萘与甲醇的烷基化反应。实验考察了不同浓度改性的Mg -SAPO - 11对2 -甲基萘的转化率、烷基化、异构化,2 ,6 -二甲基萘的选择性及2 ,6 - /2 ,7-DMN的影响。结果表明:催化剂改性后,二甲基萘,2 ,6 -二甲基萘的选择性及2 ,6 - /2 ,7-DMN的比提高,异构化选择性降低,但2 -甲基萘的转化率降低。
