Abstract:本文以硝酸镁为改性剂,采用浸渍法对SAPO-11沸石分子筛进行改性,制备Mg-SAPO-11催化剂,并将其用于2-甲基萘与甲醇的烷基化反应.实验考察了不同浓度改性的Mg-SAPO-11对2-甲基萘的转化率、烷基化、异构化,2,6-二甲基萘的选择性及2,6-/2,7-DMN的影响.结果表明:催化剂改性后,二甲基萘,2,6-二甲基萘的选择性及2,6-/2,7-DMN的比提高,异构化选择性降低,但2-甲基萘的转化率降低.
