催化剂对神华煤直接液化的影响规律

Abstract:本文采用原位等体积浸渍法,利用铁盐、镍盐、硫化物和磷酸盐配对组合制备了Fe-S、Ni-P、Ni-S及Ni四种催化剂,考察了它们对神华煤液化产物分布规律的影响.试验结果表明:各种催化剂对煤液化总转化率的影响较小,但是对提高油产率和降低气体产率有明显效果,其中镍基催化剂明显优于铁基催化剂,与纯镍催化剂相比,镍基催化剂中P和s的加入对提高油产率有一定作用,其中以P的作用尤为明显.对于Ni-P催化剂,镍磷的摩尔比为2:1时催化效果最好.Fe-s、Ni-P和Ni-s三种催化剂在煤中的最优添加量的质量分数均为:0.50%(FeorNi,daf),当超过此值时催化效果改变不明显.
