摘要:Along with the rapid increase of the permeability of small hydropower's installed capacity in China's electric power systems, the output of small and large hydropower crowd in power transmission channel, which easily leads to nest electricity, even causes massive abandoned electricity. This phenomenon is more serious in small hydropower rich region, such as Yunnan and Sichuan province in China. This paper proposes a short-term scheduling method of small and large hydropower coordination, which is used to solve problems of hydropower consumption. In this method, the goal is maximizing the hydropower consumptive electricity in mixed nested transmission section. To solve this model, we propose a transmission section description method to analysis complex transmission section constraint in the power grid. On this basis, taking into account the characteristics of small hydropower, then coupling successive approximation algorithm and associated search strategies are proposed to solve this model. Aiming at the conflict situation of the constraint condition and transmission section limit, a more limited output correction method is proposed to adjust the output of exceeding the upper limit and allocate the unavoidable abandon water output. We apply this method to the hydropower system operated by Yunnan Power Grid (YNPG) over 96-points the horizon, and analyze the performance of this method by making the quarter-hourly generation schedules of small and large hydropower plants.
