基于CFD技术的阻尼止回阀动态数值模拟

Abstract:采用计算流体力学软件Fluent,应用CFD动网格技术对止回阀的整个关闭过程进行动态数值模拟计算,可以得到阀门内部的压力、流阻等特性参数的变化规律;并且设计分析止回阀的阻尼装置,通过调节阻尼的大小使得模拟计算的阀门关闭时间满足一定设计要求,消除阀门快速关闭产生的巨大冲击压力破坏。
