半导体照明灯具典型散热结构分析与优化

Abstract:本文在对功率型半导体照明灯具(LED)散热方式进行总结的基础上,分别针对两种典型散热结构,条形散热器和太阳花形散热器实际工作时的温度及周围流场分布进行热解析.通过与实测最高温度的比较,验证了本文所用数值模型和分析方法的正确性.通过对散热结构流场和温度场的分析,找出了原始设计方案的不足并提出改进方案,数值模拟结果显示优化结构可以大大降低灯具的工作温度,同时减轻灯具结构的重量.在此基础上,针对太阳花形散热器,构造了以散热结构重量为目标,以翅片几何参数为设计变量,以最高温度为约束的优化模型,基于参数化建模方法,对散热器结构参数进行了优化设计,给出了满足行业规范要求的散热器最优结构参数设计的图表和拟合曲线,为LED灯具散热器结构的工程设计提供了建议.
