Abstract:为完善波纹结构尺寸参数对管道力学性能影响规律的研究,以某浮式液化天然气用低温复合柔性管道为例,建立U型金属波纹管参数化三维有限元模型.在拉伸、弯曲和扭转载荷作用下,分析管道结构的刚度性能,进一步开展U型金属波纹管关键结构参数(如波高、波距和壁厚等)对管道结构刚度性能的敏感性研究.结果表明:U型金属波纹管的结构参数对管道的力学性能影响显著.计算分析发现的敏感性规律,对U型金属波纹管的结构设计提供理论基础.
