海洋柔性管缆防弯器力学性能

Abstract:  海洋柔性立管、脐带缆及动态海缆由于重力和环境载荷的作用,都需要抵抗拉伸和弯曲荷载。为防止管缆局部曲率过大而发生结构失效,需要在连接部位安装防弯器增加管缆弯曲刚度,并使管缆曲率分布均匀。几何形状和材料弹性模量是防弯器主要的设计参数,决定其力学性能,也是影响防弯器对管缆保护效果的最主要因素。本文在详细调研国内外有关海洋柔性管缆防弯器研究现状的基础上,提出了防弯器设计应使管缆上弯曲刚度大小分布比例尽量与管缆所受弯矩大小相符合的设计准则,采用异形梁形式建立防弯器等效平面模型,形成了一套高效的数值分析方法。以此对防弯器主要设计参数进行调整,并分析不同参数对防弯效果的影响,得到管缆在荷载作用下的不同曲率情况,评价防弯器对管缆的保护作用。对防弯器计算经验总结,形成防弯器主要参数设计具体流程和方法。
