复合材料杆系结构几何双尺度优化设计

Abstract:针对航空航天结构对超轻质大跨度杆系类结构的需求,本文考虑复合材料纤维缠绕的制造性约束,基于结构与材料一体优化理念,研究了复合材料杆系结构拓扑与材料微结构参数并发的多尺度优化问题.以宏观杆件截面积与微观纤维缠绕角度为两类独立的设计变量,提出了改进的离散材料插值模型,建立了复合材料杆系结构最小柔顺性设计的优化列式,给出了具有离散特征的纤维缠绕角敏度信息的求解算法.分别讨论并对比了微观纤维缠绕角度优化、宏微观两尺度并发优化与连续纤维缠绕角优化的结果.数值算例表明,多尺度并发优化设计可以进一步发挥复合材料与结构的承载潜力,实现结构的轻量化设计.上述研究为复合材料杆系结构在航空航天领域的应用给出了新的设计思路与实现途径.
