深水水下生产系统脐带缆结构设计

Abstract:随着海上油气田开发水深的不断增加,水下生产系统由于受恶劣天气影响较小,能提高采收率等优点,正备受关注并蓬勃发展川。脐带缆是海洋油气开发水下生产系统的关键设备之一,连接上部浮式平台设施与水下生产系统或者水下生产系统之间,为水下生产系统提供液压、化学药剂注入通道,同时提供电力、控制信号及操作运行状态数据传输通道.在浮体运动及海洋环境荷载作用下,动态应用的脐带缆除了满足上述功能性要求外,其结构设计还需要抵抗动态荷载,满足结构强度、稳定性及疲劳性能的要求.本文基于对动态脐带缆结构失效模式的分析,给出了水下生产系统脐带缆的设计流程,综合理论推导、数值模拟及原型实验,提出了动态脐带缆结构设计方法及设计中的关键技术问题,为脐带缆结构设计提供了必要的理论基础和技术储备.
