Abstract: According to the multi-scale behavioral analysis to software reliability random sequence with the log-infinitely divisible cascades in the rapid scale analysis, based on the analysis and discussion with the actual disabled data of software testing, we find that the highly non-stationary software reliability random sequence accord with the string frame of log-infinitely divisible cascades, and analyze the data's characteristic thoroughly. ? 2009 Binary Information Press August, 2009.
