    • 近年来,大学生群体体质、心理健康状况逐年下降,很多研究者都开始致力于大学生身心健康的相关研究。饮食、生源地、性别、成长环境、社会支持等影响因素都会对大学生的健康水平产生影响,并且很多研究者都进行了相关的干预策略研究,其中运动干预与大学生的影响引起了众多研究者和实践者的关注,已有研究结果表明,运动干预会影响大学生健康。但是运动干预这一范围较为广泛,每一种运动所带来的干预效果也不尽相同,每所学校的设施条件也都存在差异,但球类运动是在校园运动中最为常见,最常引用的。球类运动不仅可以增强灵敏度、协调性、还可以
