Abstract: 利用自行研制的脉冲微孔喷射系统制备均匀球形Sn-Pb微米级粒子,并研究了坩埚内外压力差、压电陶瓷驱动电压、传动杆直径、压电陶瓷频率等实验参数对粒子制备的影响.结果表明增大差压、压电陶瓷电压、传动杆直径,制备得到粒子的粒径也随之增大,压电陶瓷频率对粒径无明显影响.脉冲微孔法制备的粒子具有粒径均匀、圆球度高、表面质量好等优点,脉冲微孔喷射法(POEM)在BGA精密封装领域具有较好的发展潜力.
