Abstract:An adjustable plane alignment positioning fixture that suits planer BQ2020 is designed to overcome the disadvantages of positioning inconvenience, time-consuming and low work efficiency when a planer using traditional press board, block bolts and padding irons to position multi-large-workpieces which select plane as horizontal machining datum.Designed the structure of the quick positioning device and analyzed its working principle.Stress analysis and strength check of the positioning device have been actualized, and the calculation results of stress analysis and strength check verified that the designed quick positioning fixture satisfied the requirements of the multi-large-workpieces' fast positioning.The designed positioning fixture can provide reference for the quick positioning of the machine tool with T-shaped workbench and the positioning benchmark of the workpiece is datum plane, especially multi-workpieces are to be machined simultaneously.
