Abstract:  待检样品中蛋白质的非特异性吸附是传感器检测临床血清亟待解决的问题。本文提出了一种在传感器表面制备抗蛋白质非特异性吸附涂层的方法,以二乙烯基砜(DVS)作为偶联剂,将天然氨基酸分子键合在经3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)修饰的传感器表面,制备出一类新型抗垢涂层。
