Abstract: With the rapid development of international trade, the scale of the coastal port expands unceasingly. Port and its adjacent area, where the incidence of ecological crisis and environmental pollution is high, have a great influence on the ecosystem of the coastal city. This paper proposes a method to assess the ecological risk assessment in the port of the coastal city comprehensively by using the landscape pattern analysis. And it takes a coastal city in Northern China as an example and uses this method to determine the port ecological risk level of all areas of the city. From the perspective of the ecological impact, this paper provides a reference for the port layout.
