溴化橡胶循环冷却水系统结垢成因分析及防护对策

Abstract: 溴化橡胶合成车间检修时板式换热器循环水侧有严重结垢现象,严重影响其换热效率.采用电子能谱对垢层成分进行检测分析,并采用朗格利尔指数和雷兹纳指数对该厂循环水水质结垢倾向进行系统分析,结果表明:换热器结垢层主要成分为碳酸钙,且因pH控制不当,碱度较高,导致成垢离子在换热表面高温区达到较高的过饱和状态,使循环水水质具有较强的结垢倾向,进而沉积在换热表面上.针对换热器循环水侧的结垢成因,提出了相应防护对策.
