壳聚糖/碳纳米管复合膜的合成及其葡萄糖氧化酶吸附性能

Abstract: 碳纳米管经柠檬酸修饰、共价接枝壳聚糖及乙二醛壳聚糖交联三步处理,制备得到壳聚糖,碳纳米管复合材料.用红外光谱(FT-IR)、紫外可见光谱(UV-Vis)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)和热重分析仪(TGA)对所得复合材料进行分析表征,发现壳聚糖共价接枝交联到碳纳米管表面形成壳聚糖/碳纳米管复合膜,复合材料中壳聚糖质量分数约占55%.所制备的壳聚糖,碳纳米管复合材料对葡萄糖氧化酶有很好的吸附性能.
