Content:本课题将气雾淬火作为一种实现梯度强度分布金属基复合材料的热处理手段,开展针对典型车身零件的淬火工艺及相关机理研究,在常压环境下采用高速气体作为冷却介质,动手搭建基于梯度硬度零件气雾淬火方式研究的实验平台,围绕将淬火及气雾喷射过程合理建模,合理控制零件的强度梯度分布,实现零件的轻量化减重目标。其次,获得气雾淬火零件的传热机理,为进而有效在工业化应用背景下的变形控制提供规律参考。
