本人立足环境污染物和致病菌即时检测的需求,重点关注功能核酸体外筛选新技术的开发与特异性识别目标物传感机制研究,结合比色、荧光和电化学等技术,构建了系列新型生物传感策略,研制了快检器件,满足了不同应用场景下目标物高灵敏、高特异性和简单快速检测的需求。
