飞行器异形复合材料贮箱设计与优化方法研究

Abstract:对复杂工况下的飞行器异形复合材料贮箱进行设计是比较困难的.本文通过建立异形复合材料贮箱的有限元模型,应用准网络设计法结合有限元数值仿真,对其层合复合材料进行初步设计;分别采用自适应模拟退火算法(ASA算法)和下山单纯形算法(DS算法)对复合材料铺层进行优化设计,以使结构质量最小化.结果表明,准网络设计法结合有限元数值仿真可以较好地对复合材料铺层进行初步设计,下山单纯形算法可能使结果落入局部最优解,但计算效率较高,自适应模拟退火算法可以得到全局最优解,但是计算效率较低.
