Abstract:介绍了冷却水变流量模糊控制算法与PI控制算法的原理.针对冷却水定温差控制系统,通过试验比较了这2种控制算法的应用效果,对其适用性进行了研究.结果 表明:冷却水系统PI控制算法结构简单,仅需要合理的PI参数设置即可实现控制且控制精度较高,但是PI控制不具有自适应性,水泵调节频率较高;模糊控制算法系统收敛迅速,曲线平滑波动小,水泵调节频率较低,但是控制精度不高;在实际应用中,应综合考虑用户对系统动态性能、稳态性能及稳态误差的要求选择控制算法.
