1. Exploration of a Connectivity-Supported Data Model & Standardized Methodology of Building Space and Electromechanical Equipment:
Building off the demands of "plug and play" and "connectivity" in emergent intelligent systems, we confront considerations related to the data model & standardized methodology of building space and electromechanical equipment. Our research extends to encompass common description methodologies and practices, data model and standardized methodologies, issues of data model testing, management and standards, from the standpoint of modeling and field coverage. By employing theoretical data model research, pivotal software technology development, model experimental verification, model standardization and similar technical tactics, we orchestrate a standardized data model aptly fitting for modern intelligent building system platforms. Recently, we have been assigned as the chief editor of a technical standard for the China Energy Conservation Association Group.
2. Investigation into the Intelligent Technology of Building Space and Electromechanical Equipment:
Anchored in the necessities of "plug and play" and "connectivity" for cutting-edge intelligent systems, we cast a critical eye towards problems of the data model & standardized method around building space and electromechanical equipment. Our projects include studying common description methods and techniques, data model standardization and testing, standards management, and more. Via integrated design schemes of electromechanical interface, networking linking technology advancements, and performance testing & evaluation tactics of equipment, we are progressing towards intelligent electromechanical devices, mobile testing apparatuses, newly engineered intelligent building architectures, standardized engineering atlases, and optimally controlled algorithmic apps.
3. Pivotal Techniques of Big Data Security and Data Quality Assurance for Building Operation:
Our work is oriented towards identifying shortcomings in building energy consumption monitoring platforms such as unauthorized data access, data leakage, and data tampering. This includes instances of missing data or erroneous data stemming from network dysfunctions and unstable network transmission. We aim to resolve key scientific complications in multi-level data security and data quality assurances and to pioneer breakthroughs in multi-layer security technology related to building energy consumption monitoring. This encompasses diagnostic techniques comprehensive of measured data quality and self-repair based on the dynamic characteristics of energy consumption. The establishment of this technical system caters to data security and quality assurance elements throughout the building's entire process, effecting the enhancement of building-wide data security and quality.
