Profile

Dr. Wang Hao is currently working as an associate professor at Dalian University of Technology. Previously, he was a research fellow at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He received his bachelor's degree and PhD from Tsinghua University. He was a visiting scholar of Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA, and Polytechnic University of Catalonia, Spain. His main area of expertise includes multi-scale multi-field thermodynamic constitutive model for geomaterials, energy geostructures, numerical limit analysis, and seismic cone penetration test (SCPT). Dr. Wang has published papers in high impact journals such as Engineering Geology, Acta Geotechnica and Canadian Geotechnical Journal. He is a reviewer for journals such as Soils and Foundations, Acta Geotechnica, Journal of Materials in Civil Engineering, Environmental Geotechnics, Marine Georesource and Geotechnology, etc.
