Abstract: Based on the summary of the related research on e-commerce in the construction industry,the paper expounds the present situation of the theoretical research and practical application of e-commerce in construction industry. Based on the SWOT model,analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,threats and opportunities for the development of e-commerce.Finally,proposes the countermeasures for the development of e-commerce in construction industry.
