Abstract:本研究采用来源于大连蛇岛蝮蛇(Gloydius shedaoensis)毒腺的类凝血酶Gloshedobin[9]，通过调控外源基因表达的环境条件包括诱导温度和诱导时间等，在大肠杆菌细胞质中获得了类凝血酶可溶性表达产物。
