个人简介Personal Profile
李昂,男,助理教授。本科毕业于上海交通大学,博士毕业于美国明尼苏达大学,读博研究期间在David D. Thomas实验室通过时间分辨荧光能量共振转移(TR-FRET)技术,从分子能量水平研究SERCA2a/DWORF/PLB之间相互作用以及RyR2功能水平对心肌细胞钙信号转导的影响,取得了一系列成果。博士后阶段合作导师上海生化所李林院士课题组多年来研究Wnt信号转导的蛋白质相互作用网络及其调控的分子机制,实验室的研究工作围绕Wnt信号转导通路展开,包括Wnt信号膜质传递、细胞核内转录复合物调控、β-catenin入核机制等方面,已经取得突破性的进展。
