大连理工大学精细化工国家重点实验室教授。2003年毕业于曲阜师范大学化学系，2008年在北京大学无机化学专业获得博士学位。2008-2010年为日本九州大学先导物质研究所博士后。2010年9月加入大连理工大学任教至今。2013年获得国家基金委优秀青年基金、2017年入选“万人计划”青年拔尖人才。2015年获得中国化学会青年化学家奖、2020年获得国家基金委杰出青年基金。现任大连理工大学精细化工国家重点实验室副主任、化学分析测试中心主任。主要从事光响应性功能材料的研究，利用光操纵金属离子电子迁移产生的能量、电荷以及键长变化，实现了磁性、电性、荧光与热膨胀性能的集成与协同调控。作为通讯作者在Acc. Chem. Rev.、Nature Communications、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 、Chem. Sci.、Natl. Sci. Rev.等期刊发表论文四十余篇。
