Research Field

Facing the challenges of writing, erasing, and reading information at the molecular level, researches on magnetic bistable states corresponding to 0 and 1 in binary. The main academic contributions are as follows: (1) Laser-induced bidirectional spin Transformation or charge transfer, developed a strategy of fast and reversible manipulation of electron migration and arrangement, and provided a photo-responsive functional element for magnetic regulation; (2) the use of lasers to regulate the spin state level and the strength of the magnetic coupling, realized as information The fast and reversible control of the carrier ’s magnetic bistable state provides a method for writing and erasing information at the single-molecule level; (3) using laser-induced electron rearrangement to manipulate spin, charge distribution, and energy transfer, Multi-functional coupling and coordinated regulation of magnetic, electrical, and optical are realized, and a platform is provided for tracking magnetic status using optical and electrical signals. In recent years, 45 SCI papers have been published in journals such as Nature Communications, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., J. Am. Chem. Soc., And Chem. Sci. towards Functional coupling research direction.
