代理模型在复杂机电系统全局敏感度分析中的应用

摘要:Global sensitivity analysis (GSA) is capable of assessing the impact of uncertainties of variables on output responses, as well as considering the interaction between variables. A complex mechatronic system is generally a complex structure with lots of parameters, so we decide to involve GSA for evaluating the impact of inputs, so as to have a better understanding of the system underlying input-output relationship. However, GSA requires a large amount of simulation computation, which results in formidable computational cost. So a best-surrogate-based GSA is proposed, replacing simulation models with high accuracy surrogate models. An example on applying the proposed method in the dynamics analysis of a tunnel boring machine's cutterhead driving system is presented, obtaining the impact of uncertainties of input parameters such as external loads, material parameters, meshing parameters and coupling parameters on system dynamic characteristic evaluation indices such as vibration response of the key nodes and dynamic meshing forces. The result indicates the efficiency and availability of the proposed best-surrogate-based GSA.
