Abstract:镀铬层应用广泛,常用的Sargent镀液含毒性六价铬离子,三价铬替代六价铬电镀是近年来研究的热点之一.从离子液、添加剂(配位剂、共镀金属及金属氧化物)及引入碳纳米管等方面简述了三价铬电镀近期的研究进展,并分析了存在的问题及未来发展方向.
